Usage terms

Test only products and staging environments you own or are authorized to access. Do not use Persona to make unauthorized purchases, change production data, collect sensitive information, or impersonate real research participants.

Imported customer evidence requires a declared permission and retention period. Source text is removed from active retrieval when deleted or expired; previously exported copies and backups require separate deletion. Common redaction is not a guarantee that every personal detail is removed.

Connected assistants receive the tool results you request. Synthetic results are exploratory and do not establish representative human behavior.
